Axiontest ("we", "us", "our") is an AI Reliability Engineering company operating at axiontest.io. We provide AI evaluation, red teaming, observability, and governance services to enterprise clients.

Booking and contact data. When you book an assessment via our scheduling provider (cal.com), they collect your name, email address, and any details you enter in the booking form. We receive this data to coordinate your engagement.

Email communications. If you contact us directly by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your enquiry and manage the engagement.

Usage data. This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may collect IP addresses and request metadata for security and performance purposes. We do not run additional analytics or tracking scripts on axiontest.io.

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Schedule and deliver AI reliability assessments
• Respond to enquiries and communications
• Deliver findings reports and follow-up recommendations
• Manage ongoing monitoring or retainer engagements

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services in the operation of our business:

• Cloudflare — Website hosting and security. Their privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Data and findings generated during a client engagement — including system details, test results, vulnerability findings, and reports — are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share engagement data with third parties.

We retain engagement records for up to 2 years for quality assurance and retest reference purposes, after which they are securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
