Terms of Service

All security testing, red teaming, prompt injection testing, and vulnerability assessment services are performed exclusively against systems that the client owns or has explicit written authorization to test.

By engaging Axiontest for any security or red team service, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to authorize testing of the target systems, endpoints, AI models, and any third-party integrations included in your engagement scope.

Axiontest does not conduct unauthorized testing under any circumstances. Any attempt to use our services to test systems you do not own or are not authorized to test will result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Services are defined per engagement and documented in a written scope agreement prior to any testing activity. Services may include, depending on the engagement:

• Continuous AI evaluation and regression testing
• AI red teaming and adversarial testing
• AI observability instrumentation and tracing
• Multi-agent reliability testing
• AI governance and compliance review
• Production monitoring and quality scoring

Services not explicitly included in the written scope are not covered by the engagement. Scope changes require written agreement between both parties.

All reports, findings, and recommendations delivered by Axiontest are provided for informational and advisory purposes. Axiontest makes no warranty, express or implied, that testing is exhaustive or that no vulnerabilities, weaknesses, or quality issues exist beyond those identified during the engagement.

An Axiontest assessment is not a security certification, compliance certification, or guarantee of system safety. You are solely responsible for decisions made regarding remediation, deployment, and risk acceptance.

We treat all client systems, configurations, architecture details, vulnerability findings, and business information as strictly confidential. We do not disclose engagement-specific details to third parties without your prior written consent.

We may reference the general nature of completed engagements (for example, "AI red teaming for a healthcare SaaS company") in marketing materials, without identifying the client, unless you have opted out of this in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiontest's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement.

Axiontest is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Payment terms are agreed per engagement and stated in the engagement agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

Axiontest reserves the right to withhold delivery of reports and findings until payment is received. Overdue invoices may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the findings reports and deliverables produced specifically for your engagement. Axiontest retains ownership of all proprietary tooling, methodologies, test suites, and frameworks used to conduct the engagement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above. Continued engagement with Axiontest after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
